Reports have surfaced that a special Pokemon distribution event for Pokemon Sword And Shield is heading to the US and Canada.
The reports come via signage put up at Gamestop stores in the US and at EB Games outlets in Canada. These signs advertise a code distribution for Pokemon Sword And Shield which gives away a Shiny Toxtricity, apparently to commemorate the release of the Shining Fates TCG set.
The code will be distributed at Gamestop stores in the US via the Pokémon Pass app, and distributed at EB Games outlets in Canada. It will be given out starting February 19th 2021. We will be sure to report back with more details should they become available.
