Earlier this year, The Pokemon Company and Tencent’s TiMi Studios announced Pokemon Unite, a Pokemon-themed multiplayer online battle arena game heading to Switch and mobile.
After months of relative silence, a closed beta for the game has been announced for China. It is planned to start in January 2021, and will only be open to select players. No further information about what this closed beta will entail was announced.
