Prima Games, the largest publisher of video game strategy guides in North America, announced it’d be shutting its doors after operating for 28 years.
One of the concerns of many Prima Games customers is their access to digital guides, also known as eGuides. The company plans to keep them online at least until March 2019. They are also trying to figure out a way for customers to store these guides in an offline format. No further details are available at this time.
“At this time, we plan to keep all eGuides available online at least through March. We’re still working out the details on how the eGuides will be accessed once the site is down, and possibly making them available offline. As soon as we receive more information regarding these plans we will be sure to let our customers know.”
