A few more details have been revealed for Puchikon4 SmileBASIC, an application that allows programmers to code their own games in BASIC on Nintendo Switch.
First, it’s been confirmed that Puchikon4 SmileBASIC will release on the Japanese eShop in Fall 2018. While there’s still no word on localization, Puchikon4 SmileBASIC will most likely be brought to the west on a later date.
It was also revealed that Puchikon4 SmileBASIC will support Tate Mode on Nintendo Switch, meaning to say players can use the application with their Nintendo Switch Console in vertical/portrait screen orientation.
