While many have taken a shine to this new form of the Koopa King, others have also decided to poke a little fun at how similar Bowser looks to another game mechanic from the Pokemon franchise…
Namely, some folks have now taken to calling this giant version of Bowser “Dynamax Bowser” or “Gigantamax Bowser” – thanks to its similarities to Pokemon Sword/Shield‘s Dynamax/Gigantamax mechanic which super-sizes Pokemon too! As seen in the swell edits by fans below, Bowser doesn’t look that out-of-place in a Pokemon setting anymore!
