Random: Pokemon Fanbase Captivated By Chibi Dawn From Pokemon Brilliant Diamond/Shining Pearl

A little over a week ago, The Pokemon Company revealed Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, Switch remakes of the classic Gen 4 titles with a distinctly super-deformed “chibi” artstyle.

Although reception to the remake’s graphics has been somewhat mixed overall, the fanbase in general seems to have become quite taken with the new chibi appearance of the female main character Dawn.

Dawn was already fan favorite in the community, and her redesign for the remakes has led to a torrent of fun fanart and memes comparing it to her original design and other “small” characters.
