Previously, we reported that the Mega Man X mobile spin-off ROCKMAN X DiVE would be hosting a global closed beta on 6 September 2019. It seems now that this special preview will see an small delay – but for all the right reasons!
Capcom Taiwan has announced that it would be pushing back the global closed beta to 12 September 2019 instead. This was mostly due to an overwhelming response from fans that wanted to try the game, which quickly filled up the 30,000 participant slots available.
On the plus side, Capcom Taiwan announced that it would open 5,000 more slots for the closed beta – along with adding more content and features for beta testers to experience. If you want to register for the closed beta on Android, you may still do so over here.
It’s a little unfortunate that this preview event got pushed back – but its developers seem to be doing right by Mega Man fans! We’ll report back when more news about this intriguing mobile spin-off emerges!
