Its been a few months since the last major Nintendo Direct presentation, and fans have been starving for more news about the company’s plans for the latter half of 2026 and beyond.
Now, industry insiders Jeff Grubb and NatetheHate are claiming that a Nintendo Direct presentation could be airing next week. In the most recent episodes of their podcasts, Grubb claimed to have heard it will be aired on June 9th or June 10th, while NatetheHate was more general with his claim of simply “second week of June”.
Grubb: “There’s a possibility it could happen on Wednesday, but I’ll say the date I keep hearing is next Tuesday – and Tuesday morning specifically,”
Nate: “From what I have heard, the Nintendo Direct will take place next week, the second week of June,”
While Grubb and Nate both have fairly good track records when it comes to leaking info, we caution readers to take this with a grain of salt. Stay tuned for more updates as they come.
