Earlier over the weekend, new details began to leak for Pokemon Sword/Shield – revealing possible new Galarian variants and Gigantamax forms. There’s still more juicy details that have emerged, however!
This next leak shows off what appear to be the third legendary Pokemon of the game, who comes after Zacian and Zamazenta on the Galar dex. It’s name and appearance seem to match up pretty well with a May 2019 leak that has been mostly correct up till now – so take that as you will.
Of course, these images are still unconfirmed for now. We caution our readers to remain skeptical until the games actually release officially.
Check it out below:
Like the May 2019 leak, this dark and sinister third legendary Pokemon seems to be named Eternatus. Interestingly, however, the second image appears to depict an alternate form for the Pokemon. Currently, there is no info about how this second form plays into the game’s story – or why Eternatus changes into it.
We’ll report back if and when we hear more. Stay tuned!
