Masahiro Sakurai, the creator of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, has released a new video on his Youtube channel discussing the game’s development.
In the video, Sakurai recounts the game’s creation from beginning to end, starting from his initial proposal submitted shortly after Bayonetta’s reveal for the previous instalment. He covers how each fighter was chosen for Ultimate, the effects of COVID on the development process, as well as he thoughts about the future of the series.
