This week, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate director Masahiro Sakurai revealed a few tidbits about Joker’s development in his weekly Famitsu column.
Besides talking about Joker, one of the things Sakurai mentioned was his work schedule. As Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has finally released, things have winded down and Sakurai is now able to rest on weekends and “end his day with presentations”.
To Sakurai, this is a more relaxing schedule as compared to what he went through with Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. But we seriously hope he takes a break for health’s sake.
The director is now working on figuring out why players aren’t being matched properly online in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and the upcoming DLC releasing through 2020.
