PlatinumGames has announced a delay for their upcoming shoot ’em up revival game Sol Cresta.
The delay was announced at Sol Cresta: Hideki Kamiya’s Very Sorry Stream, thus explaining the presentation’s odd title. At the time of this writing, PlatinumGames has yet to lock in a new release date, but they hope to share an update sometime early next year.
Aside from the delay, the presentation also showed off some new footage for the game, including a five-minute score attack “Caravan Mode,” a vertical screen mode, as well as the game’s opening movie. Kamiya also teased that a “certain vessel” from previous Cresta games will be making an appearance in the new title.
