Following last week’s Nintendo Direct, Nintendo has announced a new version update for Splatoon 2.
The update will bring the game up to Ver.5.5.0, and will be released on September 29th. At the time of this writing, it is not known what the update will entail. Presumably, it will feature more adjustments to weapons and specials and/or bugfixes.
[Notice] We will deliver the updated data Ver.5.5.0 of “Splatoon 2” from 10:00 am on September 29th (Wednesday) next week. Please see the following page for detailed updates.
