Just after Splatoon 2’s 3rd Anniversary Artwork was released, Nintendo has also revealed that not only will we be getting another Splatfest re-run next month, but another two more “bonus” Splatfests will be held by March next year too!
Nintendo has announced that the very philosophical Chicken Vs. Egg Splatfest is seeing a return, and it’s set to kick off on August 21st, 2020 at 3 PM PT. The last time this battle played out Team Chicken won, but will things be different this time? Has your view on the centuries’ old dilemma changed?
And this won’t be the last time Inklings and Octolings will have to pick a side, as Nintendo has also revealed that two more “bonus” Splatfests are set to occur by March 2021, but whether they will be re-runs or entirely new events has yet to be revealed.
Will you be returning to Splatoon 2 to fight for what you believe in (again)? Let us know in the comments!
