Aspyr has put out a new update for Star Wars: Knights Of The Old Republic II, which fixes the game-breaking bug that was discovered upon its release.
Aside from that specific bug, the patch also corrects several other issues that were also causing the game to crash. You can check out a summary of the update below, via Aspyr:
- Addressed a crash that would occur after certain cutscenes (i.e. Basilisk scene on Onderon)
- Addressed an issue where the game would crash on certain mid/late game saves. (Dantooine, Korriban)
- Addressed an issue where players could become stuck in a loading screen loop when Sith Troopers board the Ebon Hawk on Peragus
Players who own the game may wish to download the update as soon as possible to avoid running into these issues.
