This page contains important information for NintendoSoup Store customers. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, NintendoSoup Store will take pre-orders for upcoming products. Please take note of the following points.

  1. Your credit card/debit card will be charged immediately upon completing the checkout process, regardless of when the item ships. Take note of the product’s release date.
  2. You cannot cancel your pre-order under any circumstances.
  3. NintendoSoup Store reserves the rights to cancel pre-orders in the event the manufacturer is unable to fulfill the order. Canceled items will be refunded in full.
  4. NintendoSoup Store reserves the rights to postpone the shipment of pre-orders from the release date stated on the product page, in the event the manufacturer delays the release date.
  5. If you order an item already released together with a pre-order item, both items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is released.

Payment

NintendoSoup Store accepts credit card and debit card payment via Stripe, as well as AliPay. Your credit card/debit card will be charged immediately upon completing checkout, whether it’s an order for an in-stock item or a pre-order. All prices listed are in USD (US Dollars).

Shipping

All items from Japan will be shipped by EMS (Express Mail Service), which takes 2 to 5 business days to deliver. Includes shipping insurance, tracking number, and packing. Shipping fees apply. Processing time (time required before item ships) varies for each product, varying from 1 to 7 days.

Free international shipping is offered for items shipped from all other countries. Please check the product page to find out more about the shipping method.

Import taxes, tariffs, and VAT (value added tax) are the responsibility of the customer.

* While EMS takes 2 to 5 working days, delivery time may take longer for customers living in Central/South America. This is due to customs and postal services, which are not within our control. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancelations

Customers are not allowed to cancel orders and pre-orders. NintendoSoup Store reserves the rights to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  1. If the manufacturer is unable to fulfill the order.
  2. Quantity of item ordered goes above the limit stated in the description.

Canceled orders will be refunded in full.

Returns and Refunds

NintendoSoup Store does not accept returns except for the following cases:

  1. The product you received does not work.
  2. You received the wrong item.

You may choose to receive a full refund or a replacement (if the item is still available) in the event you face any of the above scenarios. Please contact us within 14 working days of receiving your tracking number.

NintendoSoup Store provides full refunds for the following cases:

  1. The item you wanted is no longer available.
  2. We are unable to fulfill your pre-order.
  3. Your order is missing or lost.

Please contact us within 14 working days of receiving your tracking number.

Warranty

NintendoSoup Store does not offer warranty for all products unless stated otherwise on the product page. Please check the product page for warranty information.
