Today we have some interesting news for Story of Seasons fans. Igusa Matsuyama, character designer of the original Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town for Game Boy Advance, has shared a message about the upcoming Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town remake for Nintendo Switch.
In his message, the designer explained why Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town is a remake by comparing three different movies that are remakes, remasters, and ports. He says remakes aren’t just ports and don’t just feature improvements to graphics, as many areas of the games are improved and changed.
Matsuyama hopes to share more details about Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town in the future, and wants everyone to look forward to its release.
