Some interesting information related to Story Of Seasons: Pioneers Of Olive Town has apparently surfaced via its official Japanese website.

According to several sources, it seems Story Of Seasons: Pioneers Of Olive Town will include the same-gender marriage mechanic that was included in Story Of Seasons: Friends Of Mineral Town, although it was called the “Best Friends Ceremony” in the original Japanese.

The primary source of evidence for this feature’s return appears to come from the Japanese website for Pioneers Of Olive Town, which includes a section that reads “It is possible to become partners with the same-sex through a ‘best friend ceremony’.”. A screenshot of this part of the site can be found below, as shared on Reddit.

Although not officially confirmed, we can probably assume that this feature will also be included in the English version of Pioneers Of Olive Town, much like it was with Friends Of Mineral Town. We will be sure to report back with more info as it comes.
