Nintendo of America has confirmed that the Super Mario Maker 2 touch pen will not be offered to customers in the Americas.
The touch pen was announced as an offer for those who pre-order a copy of Super Mario Maker 2 in Europe, Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and South Korea earlier this month. While the company confirmed to USGamer that the offer will not be available in North America, they did not explain their decision why.
Those interested in the touch pen should consider grabbing a copy of the game from Amazon Japan, which supports English.
