System Shock Remake is not even due for release until 2020, but developers, Nightdive Studios, have just teased that the remake of the 1994 game may be hitting the Nintendo Switch when it does.
In a Discord Q&A session, a question is posed about Nightdive’s change in direction and what it meant for the platforms they intend to release System Shock Remake on. Nightdive casually replied that they will be able to port to another very popular platform.
“Absolutely. Nightdive is now an authorized developer for both PlayStation and Xbox and with the refocus on style and scope we will also be able to port the game to another very popular platform.”
While the Switch was not directly mentioned, which other console can be considered as “very popular” against the sale of the Switch.
