Nintendo Scheduled Maintenance On Select Platforms
Nintendo Japan have announced that maintenance will be taking place starting December 2nd which will be impacting the: 3DS, Switch and Parental Controls app.

Next week will be quite a pack week for maintenances with Nintendo conducting various maintenances from Monday, 8 January 2018 to Wednesday, 10 January 2018.
Massive Maintenance Across Nintendo Systems
If you find yourself being unable to access the eShop or some of Nintendo’s online features today or tomorrow, worry not. Quite a fair bit of Nintendo’s Online system will be down for maintenance, likely before they take a break for the holidays.

From Nintendo, all online service for ARMS will temporarily be down for maintenance.
