A Thai satirical Facebook page has tried to pass off a photo of the Pokemon GO Safari Zone event in Taiwan as a photo of a political event in Bangkok, Thailand.
The Facebook page posted a photo from the Pokemon GO Safari Zone event in Taiwan. They claimed the photo shows “tens of thousands” of people who went to Lumpini Park to show their support for Thai Prime Minister Prayut.
The page also encouraged people to share the post, and unfortunately many were unaware the photo actually was from the Taiwanese Pokemon GO event, leading to over 1000 shares.
