The Meaning Behind Each Gym Leader’s Jersey Number

Jerseys are a new customizable piece of clothing in Sword and Shield but you’re not the only  person in the game who has unique numbering.

GameXplain released a video breaking down the findings of Gaijinhunter who has broken down how the gym leaders in the Galar region have hidden meaning in the numbers on their jersey.

These play on words only makes sense in the game’s native language of Japanese but they have all been translated and show some of the fun details that are a part of the game. Beware that there minor spoilers including the identity of the gym leaders so watch the video below at your own risk.
