A few weeks ago, we reported that the Pokemon Company had filed a lawsuit to track down the four individuals responsible for the Pokemon Sword And Shield guide book leaks.
Recently, some new legal documents relating to the case have surfaced online, confirming that the Pokemon Company has received permission to subpoena Discord and 4Chan for the identities of the leakers. In other words, both these platforms must provide any and all information required to track down the leakers should TPC request this of them.
The full court order can be found here, as archived by Court Listener.
With cooperation from Discord and 4Chan, it may be only a matter of time before the four individuals are identified and further legal action brought against them by TPC. We will continue to monitor this case, and bring more details as they come.
