This Magikarp And Wailord Pokemon TCG Tag Team GX Card Has A Whopping 300 HP

The Pokemon Company has revealed a new Pokemon TCG Tag Team GX card featuring Magikarp & Wailord.

According to The Pokemon Company, this is the biggest ever Pokemon TCG card ever created, as it has a humongous 300 HP. Pokemon TCG game director Atsushi Nagashima told IGN that it’d be fun to combine the strongest Pokemon and weakest Pokemon of the same type for Tag Team GX cards.

Nagashima says in order to balance out the Magikarp and Wailord GX card, they have increased the overall strength of decks featuring Water-type Pokemon, as well as the energy requirements to use the card. Not only that – if Magikarp and Wailord GX is defeated, the opponent gets to take away three prize cards.

The Magikarp and Wailord Tag Team GX card will be available as part of the Pokemon TCG Towering Splash GX Box.
