Niantic Support on Twitter announced that the Johto portion of the Throwback Challenge 2020 event is now live for players in Pokemon GO!
This a bit earlier than scheduled and players are finding few errors in the research tasks. There were 10 Rare candies that were rewards for the research tasks but it looks like only 5 Rare candies were being rewarded so Niantic has shared a statement about the missing Rare candies being distributed in the Hoenn research.
