Video: What Happened When A 9 Year Old Sued Nintendo

The Gaming Historian has uploaded an interesting video about a 9 year old boy suing Nintendo in the 1990s.

The boy, Clark Thiemann, sued Nintendo after he picked up a copy of LJN’s Major League Baseball. After he realized the players in the game had no names, he felt mislead and so the lawsuit begun.
