Atlus has published new episodes of their “Daily Demon” series introducing demons featured in Shin Megami Tensei V.
The episodes this time focus on the Kunitsu Oyamatsumi and the Fairy Jack-o’-Lantern, showing off their designs in the game and some of their moves. You can watch both videos below, along with an English translation posted by Zeruel4891 in the comments:
Kunitsu Oyamatsumi:
One of the earthly kami that appears in Japanese myth. He is the grandfather of Kushinada-Hime, Susano-o’s wife. He is known as a mountain god, but because he also controlled sources of water and the harvest of rice fields, he is also a god of water and of rice fields.
Fairy Jack-o’-Lantern:
A pumpkin lantern ghost of Halloween, its appearance is well-known to the general public. It appears floating at night, startling passerby, inviting them to follow it afterwards, causing them to lose their way.
Shin Megami Tensei V launches November 11th 2021 for Switch in Japan and November 12th 2021 worldwide.
