Next week, the Nintendo Labo VR Kit which allows players to experience Virtual Reality on Nintendo Switch will launch worldwide.
Besides Nintendo Labo, the VR Kit is compatible with The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Super Mario Odyssey. Besides these two games, many hope to see other games supporting VR in the future, one of which is Xenoblade Chronicles 2.
Saito Masatsugu, character designer for Xenoblade Chronicles 2, has posted a cryptic message on Twitter today. It simply reads “VR…”:
Many Japanese commentators take that as a hint of Masatsugu’s wish to play Xenoblade Chronicles 2 in Virtual Reality. Some even went further, thinking it is a tease of future VR support for Xenoblade Chronicles 2. They even posted pictures such as this:
All we have to do now is wait and see.
