Western Senran Kagura lovers might not have to wait much longer to experience more saucy pinball action on Nintendo Switch.
XSEED Games, the publisher of most Senran Kagura titles in the west, recently tweeted out a strange photo with no context. As you can see below, it’s really just a picture of two peaches, and little else.
Since then, fans have been breaking out into wild speculation about what the peaches mean. The most common theories currently are that XSEED will either be localizing pinball game Peach Ball: Senran Kagura in English, or porting the multiplayer shooter Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash to Switch.
A localization of Peach Ball seems much more likely, however – given that XSEED mainly handles publishing duties, not developing ports. Additionally, Peach Beach Splash does not even have a Switch port in Japan yet. We’ll be waiting to report back when we hopefully hear more from XSEED Games.
For those out of the loop, Peach Ball Senran Kagura is a pinball spin-off featuring five girls from the Senran Kagura series. Instead of fighting intense ninja battles, players have to launch magical balls around to help the girls change back to their human forms!
