The Nintendo Today! app has shared a new video of the Nintendo Switch 2’s HOME Menu, showcasing the various sound effects that you can hear when you open an app, such as Nintendo eShop and Virtual Game Cards.
All of the sound effects have been remade from scratch, sounding different from what you’d hear on the Nintendo Switch’s HOME Menu. In addition, a new sound effect will play when waking the system from sleep mode, something absent on Nintendo Switch.
The video also confirmed that you can record up to 30 seconds of footage by holding the Capture button during gameplay. This is the same duration as the Capture function on Nintendo Switch.
