5pb. Announces 10 Fake Steins;Gate Spin-Off Games For April Fools’ Day

To celebrate April Fools’ Day 2019, 5pb. decided to go overboard with its Steins;Gate visual novel franchise.

The developer made a joke announcement today that the series would be getting 10 new spin-off games – with some clearly being bad parodies. For example, Rukako: A dressing boy who changes love at the bound of this world obviously rips-off YU-NO: A Girl Who Chants Love At The Bound Of This World. Likewise, Steins;Gate Grand Oredaaaaar pokes fun at the massively popular Fate/Grand Order mobile game in Japan.

Check out the full compiled list below, courtesy of Gematsu:

Steins;Gate: Completely Innocent Wind Cutter:

Mississippi Murder Case:

Wota Culture 2019:

Banned to the Wool:

Rapsodia of the Moonlight Stud:

Mechanical Macrobiotic:

Steins;Gate Neo:

Steins;Gate Grand Oredaaaaar:

Rukako: A dressing boy who changes love at the bound of this world.:

Steins;Gate Ǝ_IITƎ:

In the meantime, Steins;Gate fans will just have to be content with actual Switch titles like Steins;Gate Elite. We’ll report back if we hear of any more hilarious April Fools’ antics from other developers today.
