Yesterday, Nintendo broadcast the latest wave of new reveals for Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield. Among all the new mechanics, legendaries, and features we saw, however, it looks like everyone might have missed a small detail.
Namely, it looks like the Direct may have hinted at another new Pokemon outside of the five that were already revealed. As you can see above, some of the Stadium spectators are wearing shirts that feature a chubby, chipmunk-like Pokemon as a design! Another screenshot also possibly reveals this Pokemon (or a similar-looking one) sitting within the crowd:
If you’ve been paying attention to previous leaks, it’s possible that this Pokemon is either “Skwovet and Greedunt”. Of course, we’ll just have to wait for Nintendo or Game Freak to release further confirmation in the future.
