In a blog post detailing the latest 5.0 Update for ARMS, Nintendo has confirmed that this major content update will be the last for the new IP.
Although more support updates will be coming for ARMS, they will only be bug fixes and performance enhancements in nature, so players should not expect any more content updates to be released.
In any case, nothing to be really set about as Nintendo has ended the last content update with a bang, featuring what they call “theoretically the strongest fighter”. Whats more, there will be more Party Crashes in the future so, it is not the end for ARMS yet. If you are fluent in Japanese, you can read the blog post here.
