Do Not Feed the Monkeys Launches On Switch With ‘E For Everyone’ Rating, Despite Having Sexual Content

Last month, we reported on Do Not Feed the Monkeys – a voyeurism-centered game which hit the Switch eShop on 1 June 2020. Since then, however, players have noticed something odd about the game’s eShop listing.

In particular, the game is rated ‘E for Everyone‘ right now – despite featuring its fair share of videogame nudity and sexual content! Typically, games that feature such visuals and themes would fall under ‘Teen’ or ‘Mature’ ratings, depending on the intensity of the content.

According to the game’s developers, some issue led the game launching with this wrong rating – which they intended to rectify:

It’s unclear when this mess will clear up. Nevertheless, parents may want to be careful not to let their kids chance upon the game by accident – especially since it has a free demo as well!
