Have you wondered what the Super Mario Bros. animated film would have looked like if it was made in the 90s like the live-action film was?
Animator Annielogue has answered that question in part by re-doing an entire scene from the Illumination film’s opening moments in Blender, rendered with the style and limitations of 90s 3D animations. It also features some original voice-acting that makes the Mario brothers sound a bit more like their in-game counterparts.
