First Party Nintendo Switch Game Prices Will Be Reduced On The Denmark eShop

Good news for Nintendo Switch owners living in Denmark – Nintendo has announced they are lowering prices for all games published by Nintendo on the Nintendo eShop.

According to the announcement, the change will take effect on July 8, 2019. Reason for the change in prices is to “reflect current market conditions in Denmark”. The price change will not affect third party and indie titles.

As of now, a digital copy of Super Mario Maker 2 is going for USD72 / DKK479. We will have to wait till Monday to find out how much prices have changed.
