If you’re a Pokemon fan, you’ll be interested in this month’s issue of Game Informer, which will feature exclusive coverage on the Pokemon video games and Game Freak, the developers of the Pokemon core series.
The team at Game Informer have traveled to Japan to visit Game Freak’s headquarters in Tokyo. Topics discussed include the “full history of the series” and “what’s in store for the future on Switch.”
Besides talking about Pokemon, Game Informer has been given access to “explore deeper” into Game Freak’s HQ, where they can not only see where Pokemon is made, but “where its creators hold their meetings, eat lunch, and even create the series’ iconic soundtrack.”
This month’s issue will come with 12 pages of Pokemon coverage, with stories on how every core Pokemon game was created, and the history of the game studio. Additional features and written/video interviews with Game Freak’s Junichi Masuda and Shigeru Ohmori are also planned for the first half of August.
