Here’s 8 Minutes Of Mecha Gear Gameplay From Splatoon 2

Previously, we’ve been reporting on the ‘mecha gear’ costume heading to Splatoon 2. The new equipment set is part of an ongoing special promotion by Coro Coro, where one fan’s design became an official in-game costume.

Some Japanese players have gotten their hands on the code, and are now enjoying their new look in-game. You can check out some footage below.

For now, the redemption codes are region-locked to Japan. We’ll report back if there are any plans to release this costume in the west.
