Although it’ll be a few more days before Media Create releases their weekly sales data for the Japanese market, game retailer GEO has published a table of their best selling video games last week.
First up is none other than Kirby Star Allies, taking the top spot and having a high sell through rate. Following close behind are the PS4 and Switch versions of Attack on Titan 2 (2nd and 3rd place respectively), which launched on March 15.
GEO commented when taking into account the initial shipment of Attack on Titan 2 copies, the Nintendo Switch version is “selling well”, while the PS4 and PS Vita versions were having a “close fight”. The retailer expects Attack on Titan 2 to be a long tail seller, partly thanks to its high review score.
