Following this year’s Tokyo Game Show, Super Smash Bros creator Masahiro Sakurai has shared a photo of the dinner gathering held with other famous game developers.
Jokingly described as a gathering of the “Avengers of game developers” by Sakurai, the photo includes the following prominent figures in gaming, many of whom attended the gathering last year:
- Kazutaka Kodaka — Danganronpa
- Yoko Taro — NieR
- Toby Fox — Undertale
- Shinji Mikami — Resident Evil
- Hideki Kamiya — Devil May Cry, Ōkami, Bayonetta
- Suda51 — No More Heroes
- Keiichiro Toyama — Silent Hill, Gravity Rush
- Jiro Ishii — 428: Shibuya Scramble
- Fumito Ueda — ICO, Shadow of the Colossus
