As previously reported, publishers such as Retro-Bit and Limited Run Games have been embarking missions to revive old classics for their original hardware. This time, however, these two companies are teaming up to revive a rare treasure that diehard Mega Man fans will love!
Both publishers have revealed that they will be releasing a physical reprint of Mega Man: The Wily Wars for the SEGA Genesis/Mega Drive system. The game will come in an exclusive $69.99 USD collector’s edition package that contains the game cartridge itself with extras such as:
Pre-orders for this release will commence on 21 May 2021 (10 AM Eastern Time) at Limited Run Games and Retro-Bit. Here’s an official trailer below showing more of its gameplay and contents:
