The official My Nintendo Store website in Japan has announced the results of the fifth Nintendo Switch 2 lottery on August 4, 2025.
According to a social media survey conducted by @2021byZelda, the results showed an overall increase in success rates for those who applied for the lottery, as compared to the fourth lottery. This could indicate that Nintendo has more stock coming in September 2025, the same month deliveries for this lottery will occur.
However, the overall success rate across all Nintendo Switch 2 SKUs remains at around 30%, which is nowhere close to meeting demand.
