When Piranha Plant was introduced into Super Smash Bros. Ultimate last week, gamers reported issues with playing as Piranha Plant in All Star mode, claiming the fighter would corrupt their save data.
Newsweek has reached out to Nintendo of America about this matter. The company says they are investigating this issue but couldn’t confirm there is an issue even after extensive testing. The company, however, will continue to investigate and monitor the issue.
