Nintendo Switch 2 Experience Taipei To Be Held In Early July 2025

Good news for residents of Taiwan – the dates and details for the Nintendo Switch 2 Experience event in Taipei, Taiwan have been confirmed.

The event will be held at the Yuanshuan Taipei EXPO Park from July 5 to July 6, 2025. This event will allow visitors to experience the Nintendo Switch 2 ahead of its official launch in Taiwan.

Players interested in attending the event will have to sign up for a lottery, where lucky applicants will be randomly chosen and given free tickets to participate in the event. Here’s the schedule (all times in local Taipei time):

• May 21, 1pm – Start of registrations
• June 9, 11:59pm – End of registrations
• June 19 – Announcement of lottery results
• July 5 to July 6 – Nintendo Switch 2 Experience Taipei

In addition, attendees will have to present their identity card, driver’s license, or passport to show that they are a resident of Taiwan before entering the event. Non-Taiwanese residents will not be allowed to attend the event.

Please note that at the time of writing, the official launch date for Nintendo Switch 2 hasn’t been announced for Taiwan. It is still scheduled to release in Q3 2025 (July – September 2025).
