Nintendo’s President Picks Pokemon Sword/Shield As His Favorite Recent Release

Japanese financial paper Nikkei has published a new interview with Nintendo’s President Shuntaro Furukawa, where he shared his thoughts about the future of the games industry, and also revealed what his favorite new release from Nintendo is.

According to the interview, Furukawa’s favorite recent release is none other than Pokemon Sword And Shield for the Nintendo Switch (or Switch Lite specifically). This is because he enjoys collecting characters (or monsters) in the game.

More translations of Furukawa’s interview will be shared as they come.

What do you think of Furukawa’s choice? What’s your favorite recent Nintendo release? Let us know in the comments.
