The Pokemon Company has revealed the various ways to purchase Pokemon Sword and Shield at retail in Japan.
Besides having the ability to purchase Pokemon Sword and Shield separately at 5980 yen each (excluding sales tax), a Pokemon Sword and Shield Double Pack which includes both games in one package will be sold at retail for 11,980 yen (excluding sales tax).

Previously released Pokemon Double Packs have come with bonus items such as codes to redeem Poke Balls in game. This could probably be the same case for the Double Pack.
