It seems that the latest entry into the Plants vs. Zombies video game franchise is also making its way into the hybrid platform, for the first time.
Earlier, a leaked announcement trailer for Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville has appeared online. No platforms were revealed, however, an alpha test was conducted for the PS4 and XBox One just recently.
That said, the leaker, who goes by the name @ScopesUncharted on Twitter, claimed that the game is also coming out on the Nintendo Switch. @ScopesUncharted further clarified that the Switch was mentioned on the leaked information that he has, but decided not to make it public to avoid further complications from EA.
Here’s the exchange via Twitter:
While no official statement from EA has been announced as of yet, we just have to wait and see if EA would further support the Switch, moving forward. After all, the hybrid platform doesn’t seem to get as much support from EA, one that was explained by EA CEO a few weeks back.
