An announcement from the upcoming August 2023 Pokemon Presents showcase has seemingly leaked online.
This leak comes via what appears to be a Japanese advertisement for a 14-day free trial of the Switch Online service. As shared by Centro Leaks, a small image of a terastalized Mewtwo can be seen in the top right hand corner of the ad. This is believed to be an accidental early showing of a Mewtwo Tera Raid event for Pokemon Scarlet And Violet. Hints for this tera raid event’s existence were previously discovered in the game’s code by dataminers, adding further legitimacy to this theory.
Whether the theory is true or not, we will likely find out out for sure when the Pokemon Presents showcase airs tomorrow. Stay tuned for more updates as they come.
