As previously announced, Nintendo has updated Splatoon 2 to Version 5.2.0 with a number of changes to the performance of several main and special weapons, plus a number of other minor changes. This is the last planned update for the game.
Along with the update, a new demo for Splatoon 2 will be released on April 30th 2020 in the eShop. This demo not only gives players access to Turf War, Ranked Battle and Salmon Run, but even allows playing online with owners of the full game! This demo runs until May 6th 2020, so if you’ve been wanting to test the waters before purchasing the game, now’s as good a time as any to do so!
